Join writer Kathrin Seitz, for a one-day workshop exploring the use of place, voice, and image in your writing. We will walk to the coast of Mussel Ridge Cove, adjacent to 26 Split Rock Cove, gathering observations, objects, and images to inspire our writing. Kathrin’s instruction will focus on the practice of using voice and image development, as well as introduce us to writing from the work of other writers who use place as their subject. Students will have time to work towards a finished piece in the afternoon. We will close with a reading and celebration of our work.
When: Sunday, June 27, 2014
9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
